Difficult to read all but there is mention of representation of the categorical streams within AIRF -- reference is being made to Loco running staff and AILRSA and also to regional unions within Railways NRMU and SERMU, There mention of strike actions by other govt employees .... 'no food no work' ... there is a reference to the strike by 1 Lakh (100,000) govt employees in Oct 1973 on the question of minimum wages; Parity with wages and benefits as in public sector and need for unified action .... |
