| Abstract: | The High Court of Gujarat directed Jivraj Bidi Works to complete the identification of home - based workers in its ruling. Granting the company interim relief the court asked the company to determine the provident funds due towards its home based employees within four months but not to implement it without seeking permission from the court to do so. |
