Abstract: Text of order and an internal memo dated August 1976 (in light of recommendations of third pay commission) from the personnel management of Indian Railways pertaining to regulation of annual wage increments for railway staff who were absent during the 1974 Railway strike, that these be treated as leave without Pay.
