dc.description.abstractShri Jaisingh is trade unionist from Punjab Brick Kiln and Construction Workers Union. He was one of the members of the Tripartite Working Group in the Brick Kiln Industry. He shared his experiences of involvement in the campaign especially conflict arises in Indian Federation of Wood and Construction Workers when he raised the issue of comprehensive legislation for construction workers in the organisation. He further shared regional efforts for enactment of this Bill.en_US
