Lakhan Lal, the General Secretary of the Dalmianagar Mazdoor Union, writes to the AITUC center regarding their meeting with the Chairman, Central Cement Wage Board, to place workers' grievances before the Board; constitution of a central wage board for the workers' engaged in the paper industry and the question of representation by the union before the second central sugar wage board. |
