Born into a family displaced by the steel plant, where he subsequently got a job, after leading a struggle of the displaced. Comrade Andropov also visited the plant and promised necessary machinery to help the plant. He led delegation of the workers to meet Atal Behari Vajpayee, to revive the plant. Since then the plant is working on a profit.en_US
