Abstract: | Case details, available documents, worker's response and chronology of resolution for a dispute over delayed salary to 6 workers of Juna Garments. |
Description: | Workers approached the management over delay in their wages and management stated that due to workers' inefficiency the company suffered losses in delivering their orders. They approached the Community Party and the management delayed the payment of 3 female workers which led to sit in protest by the workers. Management attempted to argue for assault and later paid their salaries after deductions for their mistakes at work. |
