dc.description.abstractLetters describe the attendance of about 200 delegates attending a conf from 40 villages in Sahdol. There were about 30-40 thousand small owners without pattas, which was big issue. Land distribution and conventions is an important theme through the latters. The letters reflect constant struggles of the landless to gain possession of their lands after receiving the Pattas. Satna, Chatarpur, Sahdol etc. are in the limelight.en_US
