dc.description.abstract | The file consists of handwritten documents beginning with a general description of strikes and the difficulties between labour and capital relations. There are also pleas for summoning information about labour relations and the composition of different job profiles where workers have been involved. There were notes from 1949 where the textile workers are mentioned and there are requests for sending out information back to Lucknow fraction of the AITUC. An instance picked was the correspondence with Dahri’s party members about their job composition and description. | en_US |
