Abstract

Project Report of Manoj Jaikrishnan, submitted to the Madurai Kamaraj University, in fulfillment of the requirements of a Master of Labour Management Degree. The report includes - a study of strikes and lock-outs, features of industrial conflicts, the conditions of workers during industrial disputes, discussion of various strategies adopted by workers such as lock-outs, strikes, closures, etc., and the importance of harmonious industrial relations.
