| Abstract: | Letter from Ms. Reema Nanavati to Provident Fund Commissioner (central) requesting him to look at the case against M/s. Jivraj Bidi Works from perspective of workers. She brought in to his notice of the commissioner; the pressure tactics used by the employer M/s. Jivraj Bidi Works to demoralize, and suppress the 154 workers, on whose behalf SEWA had filed a case. She requested him to intervene by asking the regional P.F. Commissioner to be sympathetic towards workers. |
