The ILO committee requested communication from the Government of India about the allegations against delay in registering the union. The government after discussion with the Government of Haryana responded to the committee.
The committee enlisted all the allegations and government stated that the workers were not terminated for their union activity or association. Along with committee's final conclusions on the status of the inquiry and the government's responses.
