The assistant Labour commissioner informed the management of Gaurav International to appear for a hearing with reference to demands of a worker. Along with the final settlement between the parties.
The management was asked to appear for a conciliation hearing. After two dates, on the third date the parties agreed for a settlement and the worker rejoins work with no further claims or demands.
