Worker was denied to resume duty after 15 days leave. The Production Manager asked him to re join with a new ID which would entail loss of his earlier years of service. He insisted reinstatement to his previous post after which he was verbally dismissed. The worker submitted the affidavit along with his documents as proof of employment.
