Action Research Associates and Gurgaon Shramik Kendra
The management of Gaurav International accused workers for misbehaving, intimidating workers and setting cars on fire. Documents about the charge, the resignation letter,  a petitioner's bail application, evidence against the workers, IIF's reports, pictures from the CCTV footage, list of witnesses, list of damaged vehicles, arrest warrant, ESI insurance claims and reports for the injured workers and FIR reports.
The workers forcibly entered the company premises and injured several workers and vehicles. They completely burnt 7 vehicles. The management identified the workers from the CCTV footages.
