dc.description.abstractInterview and profile of C.G. Rajaram, Secretary, Tamilnadu Retired Electricity Workers Association, Chennai. He began as a typist in the Tamilnadu Electricity Board in 1959. He led many struggles of the Electricity workers, for pension extension and filling up of vacancies. In 2004, he organised the retired electricity workers and formed their association. He also works with workers engaged in sectors such as energy, bidi and sugar cooperatives. He was interviewed on March 13, 2005.en_US
