Resolution passed at central executive committee of Dakshin railway employees union held at golden rock in 1974 referring to 1973 resolution against JCM negotiators that scuttled need based minimum wage, bonus, neutralisation as etc, All govt employees and railway workers now stand united for strike action and wait for a national convention to prepare for strike, There is also a leflet in Hindi and a mailing list of trade unions to whom documents have been mailed
