Mid 1974 Resolutions from Coordination Committee Central Govt Employees and the NCCRS. The NCCRS special resolution concerns reinstatement of employees facing dismissal and end of punitive measures against workers following the railway strike; the resolution also demands that the govt enters negotiations with NCCRS and Govt employees to settle pending disputes
