Letter from Justice V.R. Krishna Iyer (Chairman of NCC-CL) to Shri Balasaheb Vikhe Patil Chairman of Petition Committee of Lok Sabha regarding the concerned hearing of NCC-CL in front of Petition Committee of Lok Sabha on 30-12-1988 and further to send a note of amendments to the Bill which was introduce in Rajya Sabha.
