Abstract:
Letter from Justice V.R. Krishna Iyer (Chairman of NCC-CL) to Shri Balasaheb Vikhe Patil (Chairman of Petition Committee of Lok Sabha) to put his attention on the Bill introduce in 1988 by the Government of India has been state for first item in legislation agenda and further to inform him that the Bill has introduce in Rajya Sabha sideline the Report of TWG and the Report of Petition Committee which yet to be published.
