Document pertaining to the Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Scheme, 1986. The objects of the Scheme are to ensure regulation of construction activities and employment of construction labour, to ensure greater regularity of employment for construction workers, to provide for security in the course of employment and to provide other welfare measures for construction workers.
