"Labour Update - The Ordinances on Construction Workers: A Critique" in Lokayan Bulletin, 12:4, 1996. The National Campaign Committee for Central Legislation on Construction Labour has formulated a comprehensive legislation based on the experience of labour in the unorganised sector across the country. It has carried on a sustained campaign for the adoption of such a legislation since November 1985.
