Abstract:
Shri Madhukant is trade Unionist from Bandhkam Mazdoor Sangathan Maharashtra who was involved in the campaign from 1987. He basically shared how that there fight was difficult before involvement in the campaign how it has been stronger after involvement in the campaign. He shared state level efforts of Bandhkam Mazdoor Sangathan for enactment of the Building and Other Construction Workers Act. Also he talked about recent developments in implementation of the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Condition of Service) Act 1996.
