Abstract:
The Public Sector Trade Unions Convention was held in Lucknow on 19-20 December 1977 to counter the growing attack of the Janata Party government on the public sector. Includes a report by the AITUC secretariat; a declaration. A Hyderabad convention of public sector employees was also held, which made a resolution on the Wage freeze.
