Abstract:
Correspondence between Bihar Koyla Mazdoor Sabha and the Conciliation Officer, Labour Office, and AITUC in connection with the strike called due to the victimisation of the activists of Bihar Koyla Mazdoor Sabha. Correspondence includes the question of recognising the union which enjoys the popular support of the Workers. Accusation regarding the INTUC affiliated union of openly collaborating with the management.
