Abstract:
Terms of the settlement include revision of pay scales and basic rates of wages (Annexure A), HRA enhanced to Rs. 110 per month, conveyance allowance to remain the same as per the 1981 settlement, Rs. 6000 set as a retirement benefit for those who have completed a minimum of 15 years of service, LTA increased to Rs. 600 per annum etc.
