Abstract:
Terms of the settlement include increased basic rate of wages and revised pay scales (in Annexure A), conveyance allowance increased to Rs. 50 per month, HRA enhanced to Rs. 70 per month, long service award introduced for working with 20 continuous years of service, educational assistance at Rs. 150 per annum, Leave Travel Assistance of Rs. 300 per annum, housing loan provision of Rs. 10,000 to each eligible workman etc.
