Abstract:
Terms of the settlement include an increase in basic wages of Rs. 40 per month, special allowance enhanced to Rs. 51 per month, HRA revised to Rs. 290 per month, education allowance enhanced to Rs. 500 per annum, conveyance allowance increased to Rs. 2 per day, etc. Also includes mention of bonus to be paid to employees for 1992-93, 1993-94, 1994-95 and 1995-96, and the introduction of a new vehicle incentive scheme from 01-12-93.
