Abstract:
Terms of the settlement include an increase in basic wages of Rs. 30 per month, HRA increased from Rs. 100 to Rs. 120 per month, a special allowance of Rs. 25 per month to be paid to all permanent employees, education allowance enhanced to Rs. 200 per month, conveyance allowance increased to Rs. 1.60 per day, washing allowance enhanced to Rs. 20 per month, etc.
