Abstract:
Terms of the settlement include an increase in basic wages of Rs. 27 per month, HRA increased from Rs. 20 to Rs. 100 per month, provision of attendance incentive, risk allowance to cashiers enhanced to Rs. 100, conveyance allowance at Rs. 1.40 per day, washing allowance increased from Rs. 10 to Rs. 15, education allowance enhanced to Rs. 100 from Rs. 86 per annum, etc.
