Abstract:
Constitution of the Union Carbide National Employees union: objectives include safeguarding the status and prospects of members, establishing just industrial relationship, securing redressal of grievances by means of negotiation and conciliation, providing relief to members against sickness, old age, unemployment, and death, lists conditions of membership, the structure of the union, role o the working committee and central executive committee, duties, and responsibilities of union office-bearers, etc.
