dc.description.abstract Interview of Shambhu Nath Banerjee. A veteran trade union leader, he also regularly practices as a pandit, in shraadh ceremonies. He is associated with the Bharat Sevashram Sangh and made a union of Pandits in Gaya also. He has also organised unions in cotton, jute, railways, and defence in the Gaya region. Through his khet mazdoor union, he also fought against naxalism. en_US
