dc.description.abstract	Interview of R.D. Tripathi, veteran trade unionist. Formed a separate and independent union in BHEL in 1961, after joining the company. Also got involved in the all India govt employees strike of 1962. In 1969, he organised the tool down strike of artisans in the BHEL. Currently he is the Gen Sec of MP State INTUC.	en_US
