dc.description.abstract Interview of R.A. Mittal, veteran trade unionist. He was instrumental in the formation of the All India Train Examiners Association in Bareilley. In the 1968 strike, he led in stopping the trains, and lost his job, and got it back only in 1977, when the Janta Party came to power. He was also one of the leaders of the 1974 strike. en_US
