Interview and profile of R. Kuchelan, laywer, trade union leader and fellow traveller of AITUC, Tamilnadu. A post graduate, who first joined CPI, then CPM and then the naxalites. Disillusioned he left and started working with AITUC, though never joined formally. He organised the first Madras Chinglepet trade union coordination Committee.
