dc.description.abstract	Interview and profile of P Venkataswaralu, worker, Hindustan Shipyard, Vizag. He began as an unskilled worker in 1964 and got promoted as skilled worker in 1966. In 1999, he took voluntary retirement, four years earlier than the due date. He joined CPI-M in 1964 and joined CITU in 1966. He joined CPI and AITUC in 1977.	en_US
