dc.description.abstract Interview of N.S. Bhangoo, Secretary General, All India Railway Employees Confederation. Born in Punjab, did graduation in science and joined the railways as apprentice block maintainer in 1956. Main reason for his coming into unionism was the treatment meted by the rail board to his categoty of workers. There was no promotion for ten years. He was also instrumental in forming an Association of Indian Railway Signal and Telecom Staff. en_US
