Interview of Manohar Gopinath Kotwal, leader, HMS. Currently looks after the Docks and Ports Workers Union, which he had joined on 21 January 1949. He was born in Maharashtra, did masters in Economics and organised a strike of students when in school itself, against fee hike. Politically a member of the Congress Party, he has also organised many anti-communalism campaigns.
