dc.description.abstract	Interview and profile of M.D. Harigovind, BEL. Born in a businessmen family, studied ITI and joined as electrician in 1968 the Mysore Electrical Industries. After studies he was unemployed for some time and came in contact with the communists. In 1975, he retired from there and joined the Engineering and General Workers Union.	en_US
