Interview of Lal Bahadur Singh, General Secretary of INTUC, Bengal Unit. Born in a peasant family, he initially was with the AITUC, but after 1964, he was undecided for a time and later joined the INTUC. Organised jute workers and others. Led a historic struggle of jute workers for annual bonus, with participation of 14 thousand workers.
