dc.description.abstract	Interview and profile of Ms. D.K. Sarma, Union Leader, HMS; General Secretary, Port Employees Union, Vishakhapatanam. Born in a family of gold smiths. Joined Vijag port in 1966, after completing graduation and law. He received training in Turin Italy through the Central Board Workers Education in 1976. He was among the first leaders who started the organisation. He is also a representative of labour in the Port Trust Board.	en_US
