dc.description.abstract Interview and profile of Chandrabhaga Sakharam Ghagare, woman worker, Girni Kamgar Union. Began working in textile mills from the age of 12. As a woman, found difficult to get regular job and had to work as a Badli for 15 years. Inspired to join union activities by SA Dange, and Usha Dange. She was witness to the defeat of the textile workers in the strike called by Datta Samant in 1980s. en_US
