dc.description.abstract Interview of Badri Prasad Sharma, union leader, All India Railwaymen's Federation (AIRF), Delhi. Born in 1928, from childhood he got influenced by left wing politics. Began working in a garment factory and then started working in the railways as a clerk in the head office of northen railways at Baroda House, Delhi. Led a big struggle of workers in Baroda House for a worker, who was victimised for not wearing office clothes. Also led struggles for bonus and minimum wages for the railway employees. en_US
