dc.description In 2019 when the worker demanded adequate breaks and benefits for the workers, she was dismissed by oral order from the management. The worker pursued the case informally due to management's absence approached the labour commissioner. The dispute was settled with compensation to the worker and did not reach the labour court. en_US
