dc.description In the March of 2020 Cotton Blooms verbally terminated 200 workers due to the lockdown. The workers were not reinstated and 2 workers with CITU's intervention filed a complaint with the labour office. The management settled the dispute with a month's salary and additional payment of 10 per cent. en_US
