Abstract:

The respondent (Labour Commissioner of Haryana) stated that the appeal for Garment and Allied Workers' Union for registration should be dismissed.

Description:

The Labour Commissioner dismissed the appeal as it was submitted by one person instead of a collective appeal. The member registered do not fulfill the requirement of representing adequate workmen in the union. The union could not be registered due to these technical requirements.
