Letter to the Commissioner to direct the District Magistrate, Deputy Commissioner of Police, and Deputy Labour Commissioner to investigate if the owner has the license, how many SC/ST workers are employed, if the wages are following the minimum wages rules, whether workers are recruited directly or through a licensed contractor and if the rules of the relevant legislations implemented.
