Abstract:
Consists of a Resolution published in the Gazette of India by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Resolution on the Working Group for Art Silk Industry; and letters to and from KG Sriwastava and the Woollen Mazdoor Sabha (Panipat-Punjab) on the industrial dispute in the Raj Woollen Industries: the allegation that the employer had dismissed 9 women workers by forcefully taking their thumb impression, and assaulting labour leaders, and later suspending 12 workers etc.
