Letter from EPFO regarding Payment of Provident Fund to above 154 Workers by Employer M/s. Jivraj Beedi and Partnership Firm

Abstract

M/S. Jivraj Bidi Works was a leading Bidi manufacturing firm, 154 of its workers happened to be SEWA members.The union fought for their Provident fund in the office of regional Commissioner of Provident fund. In this letter the PF commissioner asks SEWA's Union coordinator to furnish the details of these 154 workers.
