The judgment given by the Presiding Officer of Employees Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal, Delhi, in a case filed by SEWA against the Regional Provident Commissioner, Ahmedabad, & Others. The tribunal upheld SEWA's plea that the RPFC Ahmedabad, had not been right in saying that the home based workers are not manufacturing the bidis for Jivraj Bidi Works but It is purchasing bidis from them. |
